2026 CLASSES
The following classes are confirmed or being considered for 2026. Final determination for having the classes will be based on demonstrated interest from the membership and on availability of teaching facilities and instructors. Confirmed Classes
CABINET CARCASS AND DRAWER CONSTRUCTION
Instructors: Mike Weatherson & Stan Stephens
Location: Mike’s Shop, Fresno
When: Saturday, June 13th , 9AM to around 3PM
Cost: $30
Prerequisite: Students only need to bring a way to take notes, chair, lunch and drinks.

Marquetry-Painting in Wood Method – June 2026

Location: Stan’s Shop in Visalia
When: June 6th and 7th, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday); 9AM to about 3PM
Maximum number of students: Three
Cost: $75

KRENOV STYLE WALL CABINET CLASS
Location: Bob’s shop in Porterville
Instructor: Bob Paskwietz, (559) 789-4822; chp13334@yahoo.com
When: October 24th and November 7th, 2026.
Maximum number of students: Four
Cost: $125
Prerequisite: Students taking the class should be proficient in use of hand tools, possess a sharp block plane, sharp chisels, marking tools, squaring stick, square, a Japanese saw and clamps. Additionally, you should have tools in your shop to construct a basic cabinet. Contact Bob if you have questions.
